TUESDAY, 9TH MAY 2017. TODAY'S DEVOTION.DEVELOP YOUR FAITH IN GOD PART 1 TODAY’S SCRIPTURE: "Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God" (Romans 10:17). We have learnt how important faith is in our Christian walk and the fact that we all have a measure of faith. However, some believers despair thinking they do not have faith. Faith can grow and develop. If you are not full of faith today, that does not mean you will be that way all your life. You can choose to be a person of faith! Below are some keys to developing your faith. First, listen to the Word of God as much as possible. Constant attention to the Word of God produces faith, especially if we attend to it with an open heart and mind. The book of Proverbs encourages us to constantly keep the Word in our hearts and give our attention to it (Proverbs 4:20-22). What we listen to affects what we believe.
