TODAY’S SCRIPTURE. “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” (Romans 12:2 KJV). You are the character of your thoughts. There is power in right thinking. Proverbs 23:7 says “as a man thinks in his heart, so is he.” You are not different from the way you think. Through months and years of continuously thinking in certain way, your mind becomes programmed in that direction, and that’s the direction your life will go. This explains the reason many have their lives messed up and nothing seems to be working. If you have been negatively programmed as a result of thinking wrongly, change your way of thinking; renew your mind with the Word. There is power in thinking right!Our opening scripture in the New Living Translation says, “Don’t copy the behaviour and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think...” . ...

His love was not cautious but extravagant.He didn't love in order to get something from us but to give everything of himself to us. Love like that." (Ephesians 5:2 MSG). As a child of God, you were born with God's nature of love because you are partaker of His divine nature. You have the ability to love the way God does! Most times our old self and the environment we find ourselves seems to corrupt this nature of agape/brotherly love. When the Bible says greater is He that is in you one of such attributes is 'greater love'. You are born to love the world the way God did and gave His only begotten son.
