FRIDAY, 30TH JUNE 2017: TODAY’S DEVOTION. GLORY BY RIGHT THINKING

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE. “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” (Romans 12:2 KJV).
You are the character of your thoughts. There is power in right thinking. Proverbs 23:7 says “as a man thinks in his heart, so is he.” You are not different from the way you think. Through months and years of continuously thinking in certain way, your mind becomes programmed in that direction, and that’s the direction your life will go. This explains the reason many have their lives messed up and nothing seems to be working.
If you have been negatively programmed as a result of thinking wrongly, change your way of thinking; renew your mind with the Word.
There is power in thinking right! Our opening scripture in the New Living Translation says, “Don’t copy the behaviour and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think...” .
The Word of God can reprogram your life and give you a new mind set. As you meditate on it, there is a renewing process. Your mind is being re-programmed and you have been given a new mindset; the mindset of the righteous.
Once your mind is renewed through God’s Word, you think success, progress, victory and prosperity. This will in turn change your language because you will be talking differently and acting in line with your confessions of faith. You were born of the Word of God, which energizes you for success, positions you for victory and sustains you in prosperity.
Let the Word dwell in you richly. Meditate on it in the day and at night. That way, not only will it change the way you think and talk, your life will be programmed for greatness and you will move from one level of glory to another. When we imagine great things in our minds, God sees it and knows immediately that we have just conceived the power to do anything.
TODAY’S PRAYER.
Help me Lord to think right at all times as I experience your glory and Divine Settlement in every area of my life in Jesus Name. Amen

POTTERS TOUCH DEVOTIONAL. TUESDAY, 14TH NOVEMBER 2017. TODAY’S DEVOTION. OVERFLOW OF IDEAS

POTTERS TOUCH DEVOTIONAL. TUESDAY, 14TH NOVEMBER 2017. TODAY’S DEVOTION. OVERFLOW OF IDEAS TODAY'S SCRIPTURE.“The life-giving Spirit of God will hover over him, the Spirit that brings wisdom and understanding, The Spirit that gives direction and builds strength, the Spirit that instills knowledge and Fear-of-God”. (Isaiah 11:2 MSG) One of the ways through which you harvest your seeds sown for overflow is through the rain of divine ideas. In Genesis 7:11-12, we understand that when the windows of heaven first opened, what poured down from heaven was rain. What is this rain? What does it symbolise, what does it represent? It is not literal rain, neither is it destructive, it is the rain of refreshing; it is the rain of the Spirit of God. The anointing of the Holy Spirit! It is the rain that produces unimaginable results for overflow. “Be glad then, ye children of Zion and rejoice in the Lord your God: for He hath given you the former rain moderately, and he wi...

POTTER'S TOUCH DEVOTIONAL TUESDAY 10TH APRIL, 2018. TODAY’S DEVOTION: BLOOD OF RESTORATION. PT 2.

POTTER'S TOUCH DEVOTIONAL TUESDAY 10TH APRIL, 2018. TODAY’S DEVOTION: BLOOD OF RESTORATION. PT 2. TODAY'S SCRIPTURE: "The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?" (1 Corinthians 10:16 KJV). Every communion table is a kind of renewing the covenant of restoration. Nothing can be more exciting to know that like a meal I can eat and drink blessing of restoration. Look at how Jesus put it Himself," Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him." (John 6:53-56 KJV).  So except you keep eating the body and drink...

21ST MARCH,2018. TODAYS DEVOTION.MERCY IN CONFLICTS.

21ST MARCH,2018. TODAYS DEVOTION.MERCY IN CONFLICTS. TODAY’S SCRIPTURE."I beg you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ to stop arguing among yourselves. Let there be real harmony so that there won’t be splits in the church. I plead with you to be of one mind, united in thought and purpose." (1 Corinthians 1:10 LB) Stop trying to win arguments. Instead, make it your goal to love those who disagree with you. Go for the love, not the win. Jesus tells us love will always win; he guaranteed that when he walked out of the tomb. When you find yourself in an argument with other believers, use these biblical guidelines for getting along: Let mercy guide your response (Proverbs 3:3–6). In a conflict, most of us say we only want what’s fair, but God’s approach isn’t about being fair. It’s about grace and mercy (Romans 5:8). Let God’s Mercy determine the truth (2 Corinthians 13:8). The truth is not determined by your thoughts or feelings (1 John ...
