SATURDAY,
23RD SEPTEMBER 2017.

TODAY'S DEVOTION. TO PROSPER, TAKE YOUR JOB SERIOUSLY!

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE..“Not in the way of eye-service [as if they were watching you] and only to please men, but as servants (slaves) of Christ, doing the will of God heartily and with your whole soul;” (Ephesians‬ ‭6:6‬ ‭AMPC‬‬)

Work hard, be diligent. You are blessed because of Christ but you have to show forth the excellence of Him that has called you. Jacob worked hard and knew his onions. David was so responsible with his shepherds duty and never left his sheep unattended. He could go home and say a lion took a sheep and everyone would understand but he was so responsible and ensures that didn’t happen under his watch. His diligence and hard work was rewarded with the highest position in Israel!

Do you take your job seriously? No matter how much you hate it, you have a spiritual responsibility to be faithful in it. Jacob was forced into his job in a sense and even felt his master was unfair, but he gave his best any way. Do all things without murmurings and disputing.

Make yourself obviously responsible, not slothful in business but fervent in spirit serving the Lord. If you are like everyone else why will you want something special? Have a great attitude. Be Christ like. Solve problems, be available. God will reward you with plenty.

TODAY'S PRAYER.
Help me Lord to take my job seriously in Jesus name. Amen.

POTTER'S TOUCH DEVOTIONAL TUESDAY 10TH APRIL, 2018. TODAY’S DEVOTION: BLOOD OF RESTORATION. PT 2.

POTTER'S TOUCH DEVOTIONAL TUESDAY 10TH APRIL, 2018. TODAY’S DEVOTION: BLOOD OF RESTORATION. PT 2. TODAY'S SCRIPTURE: "The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?" (1 Corinthians 10:16 KJV). Every communion table is a kind of renewing the covenant of restoration. Nothing can be more exciting to know that like a meal I can eat and drink blessing of restoration. Look at how Jesus put it Himself," Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him." (John 6:53-56 KJV).  So except you keep eating the body and drink...

POTTERS TOUCH DEVOTIONAL. SATURDAY, 21ST OCTOBER 2017. TODAY'S DEVOTION.TO LIVE A QUALITY LIFE, STOP WORRYING PART 2. TODAY'S SCRIPTURE. "Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.” (1 Peter 5:7 NLT, second edition) We established in yesterday's devotion that it takes more than willpower to stop worrying and that it takes four things to stop worrying. Firstly , get to know God first and secondly put God first in every area of your life.We will be looking at the other two today. 3.Live one day at a time. The Bible says, “So don’t worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow will have its own worries. Each day has enough trouble of its own” (Matthew 6:34 NCV). If you’re worrying about tomorrow, you can’t enjoy today. You will miss today’s blessings. It’s okay to plan for tomorrow, but you have to live for today. When you’re always worried about tomorrow, the future gets overwhelming. But God will give you the grace...

POTTERS TOUCH DEVOTIONAL. TUESDAY, 14TH NOVEMBER 2017. TODAY’S DEVOTION. OVERFLOW OF IDEAS

POTTERS TOUCH DEVOTIONAL. TUESDAY, 14TH NOVEMBER 2017. TODAY’S DEVOTION. OVERFLOW OF IDEAS TODAY'S SCRIPTURE.“The life-giving Spirit of God will hover over him, the Spirit that brings wisdom and understanding, The Spirit that gives direction and builds strength, the Spirit that instills knowledge and Fear-of-God”. (Isaiah 11:2 MSG) One of the ways through which you harvest your seeds sown for overflow is through the rain of divine ideas. In Genesis 7:11-12, we understand that when the windows of heaven first opened, what poured down from heaven was rain. What is this rain? What does it symbolise, what does it represent? It is not literal rain, neither is it destructive, it is the rain of refreshing; it is the rain of the Spirit of God. The anointing of the Holy Spirit! It is the rain that produces unimaginable results for overflow. “Be glad then, ye children of Zion and rejoice in the Lord your God: for He hath given you the former rain moderately, and he wi...
