TODAY'S DEVOTION. ENTER YOUR INHERITANCE WITH HIGH PRAISE!

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE."A time came after the death of Joshua whe'n the People of Israel asked God, "Who will take the lead in going up against the Canaanites to fight them?" And God said, "Judah will go. I've given the land to him." (Judges 1:1, 2 MSG)

After Joshua's death, the children of Israel were supposed to enter Canaan their divine inheritance,the land flowing with milk and honey. They sought the face of the Lord because they did not want to make any mistake. Every improper entrance usually leads to an immature exit. When they sought the face of God on this matter,the Lord said emphatically,"...Judah shall go first..." Judah means praise,"And she conceived again, and bare a son: and she said, Now will I praise the Lord: therefore she called his name Judah; and left bearing." (Genesis 29:35 KJV)

Praise is the surest access to divine inheritance. Praise makes you possess your inheritance. There are certain things that are yours by virtue of your covenant right but it takeshigh praise to access them. The Bible says,"...go. I've given the land to him." (Judges 1:1, 2 MSG)

The secret to accessing Gods promise is engaging in high praise and thanksgiving. As you prepare to enter your inheritance in 2014, put on your garment of praise. Lift up your eyes into the land ahead of you. The year will flow with milk and honey for you as you give yourself to ceaseless high praises. Give Him praise for all the years ahead for with joy you will draw water out of the well of salvation.

Look ahead into every part of the year and enter with your praise and worship. Imagine your spiritual life,job,business, house,finance,health,family etc and stretch your faith into the new year. Begin to see His goodness and mercy in every area of your life in 2018.

As you praise Him into the new year, the presence of the Lord will go before you and mountains will skip like rams before you. Praise Him for all the trips you will make in the new year. As you praise Him, the covenant of safety will be perfected in your life.

Give thanks ahead for the new year and you will be surprised at how He will set a table before you in the presence of your enemies. In addition, 2017 will end on a good note for you and your loved ones. You will not end it in sorrow .Enter your inheritance with praise and worship because the Lord is good.

SUNDAY, 19TH NOVEMBER 2017. TODAY'S DEVOTION.OVERFLOW IN GREATNESS. TODAY'S SCRIPTURE. The man got richer and richer by the day until he was very wealthy. (Genesis 26:13.MSG) The Message Bible translation of our opening scripture uses the phrase "very wealthy"! That means greatness is synonymous with overflowing wealth. As the seed of Abraham, you can never be small or be a failure in life. Poverty and sickness are not supposed to be a part of your life. Isaac experienced an overflow of greatness and walked in super abundant overflow.  He experienced blessings in a period of severe famine  because he was Abraham's seed."Then Isaac sowed seed in that land and received in the same year a hundred times as much as he had planted, and the Lord favored him with blessings.
