DAY 5 OF OUR 21 DAYS FASTING PROGRAM.

FRIDAY, 12TH JANUARY  2018.

TODAY'S DEVOTION.DIVINE EMPOWERMENT FOR ADVANCEMENT.

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE.
“And Jabez was more honourable than his brethren: and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, Because I bare him with sorrow. And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.”  (1 Chronicles‬ ‭4:9-10‬ ‭KJV‬‬)

To advance means to be elevated, progress  develop,grow,expand, spread out and be enlarged. May the grace for all these virtues come upon us in 2018 in Jesus Name.

This year, every evil yoke of smallness is terminated in our lives. From obscurity,Jabez spread out to become mighty. May the Lord enlarge your coast this year. May the Lord make you a force to be reckoned with in 2018.

TODAY'S  PRAYER.
1. Thank you Father for answering all my prayers since the beginning of this fasting program  (John. 11:41).

2. Father in the name of Jesus, by your power let this year be my year of supernatural advancement after the order of Moses.(1Samuel 12:6).

3. Father, everyday this year shall be from glory to glory by divine empowerment in Jesus name.( 2 Corinthians  8:18).

4. Father  grant me the uncommon grace to spread out this year.

5. Lord Jesus make all my mockers to become objects of mockery and let them swallow their words.

POTTERS TOUCH DEVOTIONAL. SATURDAY, 16TH DECEMBER 2017. TODAY'S DEVOTION. WRONG PRAISES! TODAY'S SCRIPTURE ."The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican." (Luke 18:11 KJV). There are good ways to praise God and also wrong ways of doing it. Indeed high praises open doors before God but the man in the verse above praised God and his door was closed. Why? Because he did it in a wrong way. Never praise God in an attempt to intimidate and condemn others. Do not ever engage in praise and thanksgiving to show you are better than people around you. High praises ought to be with a deep sense of humility to God i.e it is by grace and not by your own effort. When your praises makes people get offended at God as if God is partial it is wrong. This is common with testimonies during thanksgiving, some believers make it look as if others are not serving God enough. ...
